About six laborers are trapped in the gushing waters of Ferozpora Nallah in North Kashmirs Tangmarg. As the Nallah has bursted Its bank near village Shrai, traffic immediately back up on both sides of the flood, which is rapidly getting worse as the water gushed over the dyke By the road side. Firefighters, many wearing lifejackets, were joined at the scene By police officers and engineers, with a variety of vehicles, machinery and equipment including army Who were station to prevent the public from going near the river bank. Fire and the rescue services are stationed at the spot. Several unsuccessful attempts were made to rescue the labourers. Now, the administration has sought the helicopter services to rescue the labourers, which seems the only way to get the task done. Meanwhile, the chaos was witnessed at the spot with men and women carrying umbrellas were keenly watching the operation amid heavy rains.
