Abs Abs Abs! We all love a firm tummy and a little ab definition. Im feeling the definition from my 10 min ab workout yesterday! Thought Id share 2 exercises that helped with this feeling of definition. Flutter Kicks - sitting down with legs out straight, elbows and forearms supporting you up, chest out, feet flexed, flutter your legs up and down. Be sure to hold your abs in the entire time. Cross Flutter Kicks - hold the same position but flutter your legs out then together and cross. Be sure to hold those abs in as tight as you can. Thats when the magic happens.
