Absolutely guttered that tonights meeting for Plains Farm Yellows ended with the team having to fold through this F&@king Stupid FA Rule that kids.....Yes KIDS!!!! cant play football with there mates on a wk end if they are talented and play academy/elite football so unfortunately 9 of the 13 kids for us are signed to SAFC and Hartlepool and they are not allowed to play football so basically kids are being punished for doing well there is no guarantee any will make it as Pros but the stupid out dated useless FA have put a stop to it no wonder our national team are so shit and not many English players shine in the Premier League. I have no doubt that the team Andy Colledge put together would of won the Russell Foster Premier League and more than likely went undefeated with the most talented bunch of 11yr olds Ive had the pleasure to watch in the words of John Ord the football was breath taking I hope the powers to be are happy that they split a team up that had no egos no superstars just 13 great little players who are all great mates and players and worked hard for each other and Im glad they had the pleasure to play together it was a pleasure to be part of it with Tony Innes, Chris Roper, Adrian George Matthew Macleod, Steve Bolam
