Abstract of my thesis Public Serviced Mechanisms of Rice Export from Cambodia (2009-2012) Since 1999 rice production got 4.04 million tons had been reaching better to 9.309 million tons in 2012 these indicators show that Cambodia can not only support enough food for Cambodian people but can export rice also. Cambodia has the population more than 14 million if we compare to the world population more than 7 billion dated on 12 March 2012, we are really able to export rice to the international market, this increasing so many people need much more food, especially rice should sell much more in the international market. On these occasions, Cambodia has rice that consider White Gold exactly show the potential on the international market. For gaining some money to Cambodia from using food that has been eaten by the world population, Cambodia has been managing public mechanisms of rice export from Cambodia by using : Laws, Rice, Transportation, Markets, and Government support. Taking attention to support from this, Government has set policy paper on the promotion of paddy production and rice export, are more and more dynamic force for implementation some mechanisms to achieve rice export at least one million ton in the year 2015. According FAO in 2009 and 2010 rice quantities has been exported to the international market increased from 29.7 million tons to 31.3 million tons and in 2011 rice quantities has been exported to the international market reached to 34.78 million tons and in 2012 rice business in the international market reached to 37.3 million tons that is increasing 2 % of rice quantities that has been sold in 2011 the increasing equal 2.52 million tons. Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations ( FAO ) estimated that rice business in 2013 would be increasing to 37.5 million tons. Discussing to the researching result has defined that free market economic systems, implemented public service principles, having the institution mechanisms for political implementation on promote rice export that has political committees of economy and finance, the promoted committees of exportation, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the Bank of Cambodia and some of related institutions, resolution some points of threats, and implementations the special keys that we have had : rice, rice price, rice market, promotion of rice product, good businessmen in rice trade, mechanisms for resolution conflicts, and international win-win mechanisms, I really believe that Cambodia has successfully been getting to continue the profit from rice export.
