Accepting support is risky. It requires us to yield, to open and release, which feels scary because it means being vulnerable. But contrary to messages we may have learnt along the way, creating structures of support around us does not mean we are giving up, giving in, relinquishing our independence, power, boundaries or will. It means we are committed to holding all our relationships with more depth, clarity, integrity and trust.
