According Captain Bruce L. Cathie the Grid theory shows that the biological cycle is really 27-hour rather than 24-hour day. Grid minutes are 8/9 of ordinary minutes, which means that we have more Grid minutes than ordinary minutes per day. One ordinary minute is 60 sec and one Grid minute is 53.33 sec. This means that one has to recalculate the waveforms or the BPM of a waveform to BPAM (Beat Per Arc Minute) in order to be closer in tune with the natural harmonics of this planet. Funny enough this gives an interesting BPAM value of 90 (BPM) for the natural waveform tuning of 432 Hz (27/3=9, 3*144=432).
