Account Manager – IT Software – JHB North Job Specification: Do you have a solid knowledge of software solutions and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction? Must hold a South African ID Must have a current Passport SA Drivers license required & Own vehicle Clean Credit and Criminal record. Must be willing to travel Responsibilities: Manage and establish relationships with decision makers with key customers Regular client communication Ensure on-going revenue and profitability of key customers Develop new revenue streams that involve services and solutions Call existing clients to: advise on new and enhanced products sell new and enhanced products Ensure that due process is followed in terms of determining client business requirements; managing demos, customising purchase agreements etc. Assist with implementation of strategy, especially in driving sales of new products Plan and make calls and document results in CRM software Ensure issues are resolved timeously Identify potential problem areas Review and develop solutions with supporting business case Monthly reporting of customer satisfaction & trend analysis Assist with new business proposals/presentations from time to time when required Assist in collation of marketing & training material Develop key working relationships with colleagues to ensure high operational standards are adhered to Attributes: Natural ability to read people and build rapport Good business acumen Problem solver Consultative selling approach Team player Ability to uncover opportunities Well organised High EQ Articulate Diplomatic Minimum Requirements: Sales & Marketing Diploma/Degree Knowledge of software marketing techniques 3 years Key account management experience Excellent communication and analytical skills and a highly professional attitude are essential. Detail-orientated, dedicated and reliable individual. Capable of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines. MS Office proficient. Contract and Remuneration: Starting with a 6 month fixed term contract, with the option to go permanent thereafter. Total Cost to Company is R 20 000 per month plus Commission.
