Achievement Unlock!: After half a year of continues reading from various sources on the area of stay of proceedings pending the disposal of arbitration proceedings (for non-parties to the arbitration), today I finally got the sole answer to the issue which had since being raised in the High Court, Court of Appeal and now in the Federal Court. With this, I could now with high confidence submit at the end of the submission And so My Lords, I shall rest my case and I humbly pray for the Applicants motion for leave to appeal to the Federal Court be dismissed with freaking high costs lah! Muahahaha...!!! P/S: For those yg nak reading materials & case laws on this, jangan segan, boleh mintak. Kami tak lokek ilmu. Hahahaha..!
