Added the bio, this is from all the info I gathered from stories Ive heard and news stories of the band. After all the members were kicked out of their schooling in 1993, including their bass player (Vlander) who was homeschooled: Sovhan Døth, Yøle, Vlander, & Kœl ßïn formed SÛN ABÅATH. SÛN ABÅATH became a reality during a Black Mass ritual burning on Devils Night of 1994 in Syracuse, NY. The album was written and recorded at The Rock Crusher on Split Rock. The band kept dead animals around them during this time to set the mood. Police have reported 4 different animal killings in the Split Rock area around this time, but couldnt find solid evidence to pin it on the males. These animal killings included 2 pet dogs, 1 chicken, & 1 sheep. SÛN ABÅATH shows started as soon as their album Plettfri Fitte was released in early 1995. There are a reported 566 tapes in the world and 100 CDs. Both tapes and CDs have singer Sovhan Døths blood dripped on them. Some speculate the blood actually belongs to the animals people claimed they killed. Rare copies still float around the underground satanic black metal community. Tape copies have been known to go for up to $75-$150. The CDs are among the most collectible going near the $200-$350 range. One once sold on EBay for a reported $476. The band was short lived due to their huge controversy. In late 1995 fires were set at the Split Rock, Rock Crusher around this time. These were looked at as rituals the band put on. They/ followers of the band also were known to spray paint churches with their logo, among other satanic images. Things got worse near early 1996 when dead crows began to be delivered to local churches. During the bands time they only played a reported 7 shows. Every show involved nudity, fire, and the death of an animal (mostly road kill animal bodies were torn apart). Their final show was on February 14, 1996 in an abandon home in the South Side of Fulton, NY. The show ended early due to the abandon house being set on fire. Cops reported there were 2 missing under ages females after the incident. The band also disappeared. People report that the band is now living in Norway. In June 2004 Sovhan Døth was reported dead due to a Satanic Ritual gone wrong, but that cannot be confirmed or denied. Some believe a few of the members still reside in Syracuse, NY & the CNY area.
