Addiction is a problem all across America. Health wise, mentally - TopicsExpress

Addiction is a problem all across America. Health wise, mentally and physically, it is a hard thing to handle. Fiscally, it can be even worse. The average smoker (smoking one pack a day) spends $157.64 on cigarettes alone in a month. However, I am here to admit something. I am addicted to something much worse and costs much more. I am addicted to eating out and fast food. The average fast food addict spends $505.78 a month on fast food. I am no exception to that rule and I actually fall right along that average. Well today that stops. Right here. Right now. The amount of money I have lost for unhealthy fast food is astronomically high and unfortunately, there will most likely be much more money lost in the future due to health problems related with my fast food addiction. Many people do not see this as an addiction, but start noticing how much you actually do eat out and how much you spend. Stand up with me, and bring this to a stop. Eating healthy might have a very high bill up front at the grocery store, but in the long run it will be well worth it. I will step off of my soapbox but this is something I needed to get off of my chest, and any and all support is welcome. If you are struggling with this same addiction there are many places to help. Thank you.
