Adoption follow up: After being discovered abandoned under a house, at only a young age, Comet and his sister Star found themselves underweight, scared and cold in a regional pound. The ARQ team came to the rescue and volunteers collected them from the pound, temporarily cared for them and transported them to foster homes in Brisbane. In these foster homes, the foster carers provided them with love, warmth and yummy food and as a result, they both soon learnt how great life could be. Comet and Star have now been adopted and are thriving and loving life in their forever homes. Comet especially loves living walking distance to the beach and showing off his tricks learnt in puppy obedience school.
