Advice for choosing references needed. I have not worked at a long term job for a while, due to school. My current jobs, Ive only had a few months or less. Is it looked down upon to not have an actual job reference? Im including mostly educational references, but I need 3 personal and 3 professional. Ive heard friends are not references. Should I put on a boss from years ago at a job I held for a longer time?
