**Advice time** As many of you know Ive been on a regiment of getting to be a healthier me. Ive trimmed my diet up to 1900 a day, work out 3-4 times a week (40 min cardio, 20 min weights) but over the past three weeks my weight has not dropped. After losing 57lbs Ive kind of stalled and Im not ready to be stalled yet! I need some help, not sure what to do? Ive changed up my routine with my workouts, adding weights, changing distances and resistances, but Im still at a number that I dont want to be at and I still have a double chin which is driving me MAD!! I dont want to take caffenine pills because they make me feel like Im dying.
