After a mere 35 minutes of air time we have finally made it into Belgium. Caught the train from the airport to the city, then dragged our suitcases the 1km - over cobblestone streets - to our hotel, which is very nice. Have a 3rd floor room with a balcony and are close to all the major attractions. After Brussels we will then head for Brugge and stay 4 nights, which will allow us to do a WW1 battle field tour. No problems this time around so happy days
