After being laid off in November, I am currently seeking a new opportunity as a Call Center Manager, Program Manager, Corporate Trainer, Auditor or Project Manager where I can mentor and train others, while helping improve the overall savings/profit and improving the growth of an organization. A results driven, goal oriented person, passionate about working with people and recognized for my ability to successfully coach and influence others through motivational techniques and effective communication skills. I have spent the previous 7+ years at DuPont in a variety of positions. From February 2013- October 2013, I was the Contract Administrator/Program Manager for Axalta Coating Systems (a spin-off from DuPont), where I was a key contributor in the successful transition of contracts/program maintenance after the sell between DuPont and Carlyle. In this position, I served as the national liaison for professional services, including Corporate Credit Cards, Fleet, Meetings, Events and Company Travel. Prior to that, I was a Buyer for DuPont from November 2008- January 2013. My responsibilities included negotiating and creating contracts with suppliers, cost reduction strategies, pay terms and overall cost for raw materials. From April 2008- October 2008, I was the Document Management Work Stream Project Leader, within HR, where I worked toward the transition of a new employee HR database. In addition, I have extensive sales experience, working in a variety of call center management and sales positions for over 20 years.
