After church headed here for double shot espresso machiatto. Enjoying it while people watching just witnessed handsome Armenian man his butt clad in a pair of the pricey true religion jeans order a coffee and hand the cashier a $100 bill. Cashier did her job checking it out and informed him she couldnt take it as it was missing some important markers. He took out a $5.00 bill handed it to her and she put it thru same procedure. She handed it back to him with same apologetic statement. Guy didnt bat an eye just handed over a debit card to pay for his java. He pocketed the two questionable bills, got his coffee and left with his U embroidered back pocketed behind headed off to who knows where. Merchants beware. Crime does not rest on Sunday. Kudos to cashier Vicki for being on her game at this coffee bean location! Shes a rock star!!! — at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Glendale Blvd/California location.
