After over 11 long months of Trama Units, Ltech Acute Centers, - TopicsExpress

After over 11 long months of Trama Units, Ltech Acute Centers, Nursing Homes, Rehabilitation Units and Hospitals Kyle will finally be coming home January 16. He will have surgery on Wednesday January 14th where his Nuero Surgeon will place a baclofen pump in Kyles abdomen to release the baclofen directly from his spine to his nerves and muscles allowing the nervous system to communicate while they are in a relaxed state. Hopefully with a lot of prayers the pump will be successful and help Kyles body to become more loose instead of so tight. If there are no complications and all goes well Kyle will be released from Main Campus and home to us. Kyle has not been out in a social setting since Feb 5 the day of his accident. There is a lot to do in little time wheel chair ramps to be built, doors to be widened and replaced and other modifications....and redoing Kyles room to the first floor....all overwhelming but very excited....He will still continue intense outpatient therapy, but will be able to go back to school for some part of the day...We are working on the details. I would like to thank all of you for all of you continued love, support and prayers....Without all of YOU and GOD NONE OF THIS WOULD BE POSSIBLE....There is still a long journey ahead....but for now I will rest a little easy knowing hell be home.
