After successfully avoiding it for a couple days, I got caught liking a things people dont know about me post tossed out by Pamala Parris Wideen. I have to do eight of them, and because Im mildly private, I aint gonna reveal much. 1. I learned more about love from Charles Dickens David Copperfield and Robert Heinleins Time Enough for Love than any real-life experience up to age twenty-three. 2. The full range of my drug intake experience is pot, hashish (once, by accident), and Valium (once, in a oral surgeons office), despite the subject-matter of many of the songs we recorded. 3. As my friend, Lonnie Martens, once correctly realized and described, Im a cafeteria Protestant. I take a piece of this religion and a piece of that, and have fashioned a religion with a congregation of one. 4. From the time I was fourteen until I was about thirty-two, I could not speak a sentence without the f-bomb in it, with the exception of when the company of women. 5. At least once in every show, I forget the lyrics and just sing, Wan shuka muhnuh sah may wonka summa hoe or something comparable. 6. I have many regrets and have done plenty wrong things, but I have done only one thing that I deeply regret. 7. My hair started going grey in 1985, so the last three years that our band was trying to make the big time, I dyed my hair. I know what a three-color foil job is. 8. I have laughed until my sides hurt due to stuff said and done by my Dad, Johnny Salton, Jim Johnson, Lisa Claudia, Carl Pickett, Johnny Galway, Brett Jackson, Bobby Shoemaker, Hawkeye, Ed, Bubblehead, Herman Ferp, Mike Tobin, Theopolis Wonderbread, Pete Angelos, Bobby Mascaro, Penny Martin, Tyler Pickett, Harley, Errol, and Jan Pickett, Uncle Bob Pickett, Aunt Madolyn, Mark Markham, and Lori Legette.
