Aghhh why!! Crossfit is so LAME !! Not only are they brainwashing people, but theyre also spawning these terribly cocky, new age, inexperienced trainers that are taking business away from REAL trainers! Real trainers have worked hard as hell for many years to gain actual knowledge which we use in countless ways. (Not just how to keep a client bouncing around for an hour) regardless of their personal needs. Not to mention their certification costs upward of $700!!!! It is a blatant scam and nothing less. But now Ive came across this Crossfit Self Defense class... Im speechless. This Trainer has put together his own proprietary self defense routine!!! All based on Crossfit techniques. So obviously this class must be EPIC and surely its packed with real life, tested defense practices! And he even puts together a cute little circuit at the end of his goofy demonstration.. Cuz you know its not a successful Crossfit day unless youve flopped around all over the gym until you pass out! -WHEN WILL IT GO AWAY!!?!
