Aidan update: Well we almost had a full week but thanks to a snow storm, had an extra day off from school. He is doing very well in school, continuing and doing well in physical therapy, and just finally feeling things are back to some kind of normal. I had more problems with the specialty pharmacy and spent more hours on the phone then any person should to get life-saving medication, but it should be here tomorrow. He will be on a cycle of a high dose of maintenance chemo for 5 days and 23 days off, for most likely a year. We have an appointment scheduled at the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia on January 12th for a second opinion on treatment options. I would like to mention a special thank you to Aidans Boy Scout Troop 115 (Jersey Shore) for the generous donation as well as Reed Willar and Dylan who are seniors at CMHS who as their senior project set up a 5K run with all proceeds going to Aidan. Thank you to the A Team and Wendys, Pizza Hut, Pizza House, the Old Corner, Haywoods, as well as all of the patrons that donated as well. Thank you to Sheetz and the church groups and individuals who have donated and continue to donate. Thank you to Bucknell University for allowing me to focus on taking care of my son and not worry about losing my job. Tim and I feel truly blessed because of our caring community.
