Al Jackson: Im concerned for people who have children. I dont have any, but I want my friends kids, and all kids, to inherit a world where they dont have to fight and war over food and water. Were the last generation who can stop that, but not enough people are aware. The Titanic has a hole in it, but most people are unaware that theres only 2 hours left, so they keep drinking and dancing. In our case, 2048 is the year we sink. The entire oceans are dead, no fish, no life, no organisms of any kind. Forests will almost all be depleted, replaced by urban sprawl. Im not a conspiracy theorist. These are facts. Mathematical calculations based on our current over-consumption vs. population explosion. We are feeding MOST of the worlds corn, plankton, small fish and grains to cattle and pigs so that westerners can have a steak while 2 billion live in poverty and 1 in 8 American children go to bed hungry. Why are most people unaware? Because the meat and dairy industries are so powerful and so rich, they control public opinion AND our government. Government doesnt care about you, they care about campaign monies from animal farm corps and bohemoth retailers, McDs, BK, Dominos, Walmart, etc. Please, lets prevent our childrens generation from growing up into a post-apocolyptic type world.
