Al Strader tells us: I live in Sudbury Ontario i grew up in the small town of Westree Ontario of less then 50 people and the school i went to was a one room school of 14 kids from jk to grade 12. growing up with no running water made me have a great appreciation for the land and everything it has to offer. I started hunting young i shot my first grouse when i was four and was hooked, at 15 i shot my first white tailed deer and at 16 i shot my first bear with a bow, since then i have hunted most of the species Ontario has to offer. I also started filming all my hunts and fishing adventures. Living in a small town with great knowledge of the area and the animals in it, it was easy for me to get a job at the local outfitters as guide, setting up baits for bear and scouting for moose, then taking out the hunters and assisting them in fulfilling there goal of harvesting there targeted animal was a great joy. Now i started my own guiding service Northern Boys Outfitting for bear and moose but my favorite hunt is still the whitetail deer. I have been hunting deer with my dad since i was 12 and still wait in excitement till the opening of deer season. work hard at prepping a site and working my food plots to harvest a beautiful deer. Last year i shot a nice 10 point buck and am waiting to get the mount back from the taxidermist. I am simply looking to join a Prostaff, FeildStaff or Sponsors thanks any advice would be appreciated as well.
