All of the excitement today and Im wide awake as he snores happily ;) I will post more pics in the coming days...it was truly sensational. More amazing than I could have imagined. He gave me a necklace that is a family heirloom from Morocco...passed down from his mother. Odd part...as soon as he pulled it out, I smiled in recognition. I know this necklace, Ive seen it before and wanted it. Or maybe it was once mine. Either way, it is now :) Im so thankful for his love, for OUR love. Love isnt about just ones self, or the other...its about the whole...which is ALL of us. What I have with him, is what we all crave and can also have. It takes work to heal the places in us that keep us from fully embracing such depth of love. It takes courage to do the work, and finally it takes patience and determination in the belief that you are worthy and it does exist. I know, Im walking proof.
