Turn around time on custom orders is 5-10 business days. Sizes are as follows: Newborn: 13, approx. 0-3 months. Small: 15, approx. 3-6 months. Medium: 17, approx. 6-12 months. Large: 19, approx. 12-24 months. It is best to measure and be sure. If your baby is in between sizes, choose the larger one. The Sock caps are $16-20 each. The Sunny caps are $22-26 each. Norwegian Bonnets are $12-15 each. Shipping to Canada is $2.50, plus $1.00 for each additional item. International shipping is $3.50 plus $2.00 for each additional item.
