Undemocratic promulgation of Section144 CrPC at Ukhrul Headquarter 144 CrPC can be used only in the urgent cases of nuisance or apprehended danger . There was no nuisance or apprehended danger before the arrival of Manipur Commandos, IRBs and Security Forces at Ukhrul. They are the nuisance and creating apprehension among all the people in Ukhrul. We are worried for our families, friends and relatives. We worry for all the people in Ukhrul. The nuisance and apprehended danger created by the State is against the Rule of Law. Our people have been criminalised and are being made to suffer for his despotic interest.
