Alright Guys. I finally got a chance to talk to my manager about us going to GE for a plant tour. They are completely open to the idea of doing it. If we get too big of group wanting to go, it could be hard for some of us to hear because we will be required to wear ear protection. They said if we wanted to, we could take smaller groups over at a couple of different times, or just break up once we got there. The times that work best are M, W,F, from 9:00a.m. to 11:00 a.m. or anytime after 1:00p.m. to whenever we are done. Usually a plant tour with us will take anywhere from an hour to an hour an a half depending on questions and what all we want to see. James McKirahan, do you have any suggestions on a date and time so I can firm it up with the guys that will be giving the tour? The guys that will likely be giving the tour are: Bob Riggert - Manager of Shop Operations for Halogen-IR value stream and Engineer with about 40 years experience.
