Alright. Here comes the blast. I AM PISSED AS HELL at LIBERTY MUTUAL AUTO INSURANCE. They tried to steal my truck by stating they were towing it to their storage lot so there wouldnt be any storage fees. WHAT THEY REALLY DID WAS TOW IT TO THEIR AUCTION LOT FOR TOTALED VEHICLES WITHOUT EVER TELLING ME ANYTHING. I barely saved my truck because I got tired of the nobody calling me back. Im pulling into the storage lot and out is coming a rollback wrecker with a car on the deck and MY TRUCK HOOKED TO THE BACK. Needless to say I did a u turn to beat all Ueys and raced up honking and pulling around to the front to pull him over before he left the lot. We had words and I finally agreed to follow him to the storage lot for Liberty Mutual thinking Ill just get it towed where I want from there even if I had to pay a tow. Hell hath no fury compared to someone telling me theyre taking my truck to junk it. Liberty Mutual had no choice at that point but to release it to me. The dam thing still starts and drives. The freaking bumper is messed up or I could drive it fine. The bumper at the first point of impact is folded back on the tire right now, but hell give me a chance and that bumper will be outta the way. I feel so dam used. Next time, Im towing my baby home where nobody can touch it. And theres no storage fee. LIVE AND LEARN.
