Alright: whenever you start fitness, you have a goal. And should set little goals along the way, however: the large goal should always to be healthy, for you! That being said: do you want to be able to run a mile? 5k? Marathon? Lift a certain amount on legs? Arms? Do you want the *mommy tummy* gone? What is your goals???!!! I am saying this because some *tips* and workouts I will give does NOT mean it is the ONLY way, what I find attractive and what I find fit/healthy, is not what everyone sees. I am working out 4 to 6 days a week, 4 is my minimum. When I started* I seriously started by walking on the wii, watching food intake and dropped 10 lbs in 2 wks by changing food and getting active. Then slowwwwly but surely I have now kicked it into high gear! Start off slow, do what you can, but NEVER give up and keep increasing intensity and never ever EVER compare yourself and YOUR results to others.. It is YOUR fitness path, own it and make it your own :)
