Although the lyrics of this song are completely not how I feel - I remembered this song this morning.. from when I was a kid. I remember you telling me this was your band, haha.. Sometimes its really nice to reflect on the past. We used to have so much fun! Thank you for teaching me now to play basketball, and showing me the proper way to throw a football and tackle, lol. Thank you for enduring torturous trips to the mall, for the beach and water park, for camping trips and an entire wardrobe of Phoenix Suns gear. Thank you for the Jordans, my easy bake oven and all of the other treasures. Mostly thank you for always answering when I call, always being there whenever I need you, to talk, to vent, for no reason at all. Youre an amazing father, friend, person. I am beyond lucky to have a father so willing to be there and do whatever he can. A father who loves me more than the world, and makes sure that I never forget it.
