Although this may not be a very welcome message to many, I think - TopicsExpress

Although this may not be a very welcome message to many, I think most of us are the more evolved souls on this planet (to be blessed to have open and empathic hearts and love for our fellow beings on the planet) -- as reminded to me by my good and very wise friend, Cynthia Lane (below), we also need to be compassionate toward the perpetrators of injustice. Although I am as angry at anyone at the INJUSTICE itself, we need to forgive the perpetrators, for they are so wounded that their hearts are closed. (see below). NOW, THAT DOESNT MEAN THAT WE SHOULDNT SEEK TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE OR TO CHANGE THE LAWS AND FIGHT AGAINST INJUSTICE WHERE WE FIND IT! Love is just much more powerful than hate, more effective, AND resentment only serves to harm the person that harbors it. Just saying....:) It is easy for Cynthia as she is fully enlightened like Buddha. Not as easy for us mortals, but I am acquainted with more and more folks awakening so maybe there is hope for us....that we wont have to suffer injustice forever.... Re: dogs and bureaucrats. I understand your anger and sadness. However, as I experience the world and people, those who perform cruel acts are usually suffering themselves. My tool of choice is thus consistently to love everyone and wish everyone healing. In fact, that is just what I ask for in my morning prayers. . .healing and peace to everyone, to both the victims and the perpetrators. There is nothing more powerful than love. Continuing to take actions inspired by compassion, as you are doing, is both courageous and wonderful (e.g., saving the animals); stepping out of judgment and into love is also a very good thing And I love you!!!
