Am totally disgusted with the petrol station at sainburies ! They have no disabled service assistants call seemly ..... My husband is an injuried solider who was involved in a IED exploxtion resulting in lost of two legs and one arm , I was told that the petrol station had the disabled service button . But after some hassles, I set up a meeting with manager so she could see my 16 yr old and 19 yr old passports allowing there name to be put aside so they can help with any shopping . And we were told gary could peep and someone would attend to him Well tonight I my 19 yr daughter got refused her father cigarettes due to no ID . by a sells assistant who has ID Her millions of times and refused to go and speak to Gary . So my husband was reduces to my son carrying his father on his back in to petrol station .where the man still remained unhelpfull and cheeky this is disgusting that my husband had to be humaniated like this which has now upset him causing him to contact the papers on this .
