America persists in its glutinous behavior by only helping those that can feed its consumption of oil and other resources and commodities. We can trade with China (a huge violator of human rights), send billions of dollars to Israel, and send soldiers disguised as saviors to Iran and other middle eastern countries, yet, where is our compassion for the rest of the world who does not suit our agendas? An Ohio man was arrested yesterday for plotting an attack on Americas capital. Hed bought 600 rounds of ammunition and two M-15 semi-automatic rifles, in addition to having researched how to build pipe bombs. The suspected terrorist, Christopher Lee Cornell, had been under investigation since August when an informant alerted the F.B.I. An undercover operative had been sent to keep tabs on him since then. During a meeting with the operative, court documents state that Cornell said he wanted to go forward with violent jihad. Whether you are planning mass murder in Paris, Nigeria, or other countries it seems one can have at it without any interference, however, If you are planning an attack on the U.S. your plans will be thwarted. On January 12th 40 leaders and top heads of state gathered in Paris to express their sorrow and show solidarity for the victims of the Charlie Hebdo shootings, yet, despite a low level N.Y.P.D. representative showing up, America was a no show. The Cameroonian army reported theyd killed 143 of the terrorists. This was the biggest levy against the murderous regime in many years although America has yet to comment. The world watches and waits as America continues to help those who seem to suit our corporate needs, oil being the main one, while ignoring legitimate crimes against humanity.
