An Update on Ollie. Ollie was brought to us as a seemingly healthy dog but X-rays soon revealed that he needed Double Hip Surgery. Instead of putting him down and giving up on him, Baywater Animal Rescue never gave it a second thought and we started the process of one surgery at a time. Since the first surgery Ollie became very defensive and scared due to his very hurting hip. It was very difficult to find a Foster or Family to adopt Ollie in this condition. But we waited and loved on Ollie until the perfect family came through. Now Ollie is settling in with a family that understands the tough battle they and Ollie have. And the Adopters have agreed to pay for the second surgery by themselves. These are a few pictures of Ollie having fun and undergoing training. The Parents say Ollie is doing great!!!
