An ideal day. Had lunch with an old co worker and my brother James Sayno. Picked up my mothers prescriptions. Received some heartfelt cards in the mail from two great ladies whom I consider friends for life. I Did some push ups...and walked. Recorded a radio interview for Saturday morning. That same station -added some of my music...Saxophone stuff....a dear friend of mine is about to close a huge account for her business...another close friend reached out to me and she is dealing a lot but wanted to see how I was doing....times can be positive in a negative world.
