An update was recently completed in our Customer Relations Management software and unfortunately we’ve noticed a bit of a bug! Some emails come to us without a reply address so unfortunately we can’t respond back to you via email. We’ve been told they are working on it but there is no workaround at this point. Just to ensure we can get back to you in a timely manner, in the meantime would you mind typing your email address and/or phone number after your signature when you reach out to us? Pretty please?
