Nurit is the lean, body-sculpting Queen of THE GYM in Englewood and Montvale where she acts as Group Fitness Coordinator as well as Spin, Pilates, Barre Instructor, and Interval Training. Why We Love Her: Whats NOT to love about an instructor who puts having fun first? Nurits positive attitude is absolutely contagious and she inspires all of her students to enjoy their workout...and believe us, sometimes its hard mid-spin to crack a smile. As a mother of three and teacher of 15 classes per week, Nurit demonstrates to us all that finding a happy life-work balance is not only doable but within our reach, and for that we are constantly motivated and inspired.
