And now, a word about Proxima IPA from Hop Valley: A - TopicsExpress

And now, a word about Proxima IPA from Hop Valley: A quintessential exemplar of the IPA style. With 70 IBUs and 6.3% ABV, the hops in this beer are big and bold, presenting dry floral notes and subtle citrus behind the dominant bitterness, more like grapefruit pith than the fruit itself. The pour was crystal clear and golden, leaving off-white lacing as the glass emptied. If I had a friend who didnt know what an IPA was, I could recommend this beer and feel confident that the friend would be enjoying a high quality example of the IPA style, but if you are already a fan of IPAs or Hop Valley, you wont be disappointed Proxima. Drop by and pick up a few!
