And so, the Eagles season ends, making it 54 in a row without a championship. There is something very, very wrong that a 10-6 team doesnt make the playoffs but a terrible team with a losing record does. That sucks. Now, having said that, the Eagles fell apart in December, and the inherent flaws in the team came out and cost them three straight losses at the worst possible moment. In the end, those three straight losses mean that they dont deserve to be in the playoffs. So be it. For the next week, I am the biggest Detroit Lions fan on the planet. Go Lions!
