Animal Cruelty Exposed Authorities search for man who mutilated Arizona puppy A pit bull puppy suffered unimaginable pain at the hands of a man in Phoenix, Ariz., reported Tuesdays My Fox Phoenix News. The two to four-month-old puppys ears were hacked off by a man who utilized a box cutter and scissors to perform the crude surgery; the man allegedly advised the pups owner that he would crop the puppys ears. According to The Silent Witness, the individual who mutilated the puppy is a 30-35 year old Hispanic male who is bald and has a goatee. The suspect has skull tattoos on both sides of his head and three dots near his left eye. The suspect is known to frequent the area of 26th Street and McDowell Road, and he is often seen with his own pit bull, who also has disfigured ears. A reward, up to $1,000, is offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this cruel crime.
