Announcing the 2013 Fair Program Cover Contest The Dell Valley Hudspeth County Fair Association is now accepting submissions for the 2013 Fair Program Cover Contest! To make things more interesting, the winner of the Cover Contest will receive a CASH PRIZE of $150.00. Our general guidelines: the Fair Association is looking for submissions that reflect the rural, Western and agricultural traditions and heritage that the Dell Valley Hudspeth County Fair celebrates. Images that capture these local traditions, and the distinctive beauty of the life and landscape of our region, are encouraged. Photographs, paintings, graphic images, sculptures – submissions from any visual medium are welcome. We’ll find a way to get the winning submission on to the cover of this year’s Fair Program! Submissions will be judged by a three-member committee of Fair Association board members, who will be prohibited from submitting work of their own into the contest.
