Anon Hello, I have a 6 month old that from birth has always been a bit fussy. He hardly ever lets me put him down, he hates The Ergo, Moby wrap, his swing, high chair, and car seat. The only thing he somewhat likes is his jumper for about 10 minutes at a time and I have to be sitting in front of him otherwise he cries. Im starting to get a bit worried because as much as I love holding him, he weighs 21 pounds and is starting to get very heavy on my back,and I can never get anything done. He likes to be held and does get held by me or my husband all day long. And during the day he seems to get bored when we are at home he fuses as if hes bored, but than when I take him out he quickly becomes irritable. And just this week he started throwing tantrums every time I try to put him in his car seat, he arches his back, turns bright red, and will cry. We even got him a new bigger car seat and he will still cry every rune we try to put him in. He will also get very upset every time I take away anything hes not supposed to chew on. This is an everyday thing now and has started to become very physically and emotionally draining for me. I feel as if Im doing something wrong. My husband and I practice Attachment patenting and want our baby to be happy. Has anyone experienced this and have any advice? People keep telling me I have a high maintenance baby and that I look very stressed out which really bothers me when they say that!
