Another fabulous nomination! I really love this contest! Not only is the prize amazing, but the women who get nominated are, as well. I personally wanted to nominate Saima Siddiqui. I met Saima four years ago when another Girl Scout Troop Leader contacted me about adding Saimas daughter to my troop. I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant, as I had a large troop already, but when she said she was Troop Volunteer certified - I couldnt look a gift horse in the mouth ;) And boy! Am I thankful for that day, alhamdulillah! Not only did Saima become my Cookie Mom (the hardest job as far as Im concerned), she went on to lead half my troop - AND became a dear friend along the way. Anyone who knows Saima can vouch for her creativity and organizational skills, and her committment. Here I thought I was pretty OCD, but Saima takes the cake. And the most amazing thing: she managed it all with three daughters under the age of seven, being on the school PTO, AND while pregnant, Masha Allah! I pray that not only is Saima rewarded with the makeover, but also in the akhira. Jazak Allahu Khairan for organizing this contest!
