Another great Quinoa recipe tested and Steph-approved. :) Breakfast Quinoa The link for the recipe is in the comment section. For the brown sugar I used organic brown cane sugar. 15 calories per tsp. The recipe calls for 3 Tbsp. IMO, it doesnt need that much. 1 1/2 is plenty. I added chopped dates and raisins for added fiber and flavor. Also, during the cooking process I added more milk because it was cooking out too quickly... about 1/2 cup more.
