Another quick conditioning circuit today after my MP program and Deadlifting. Circuit: 10/10 one arm swings 20 hollow rockers X6 rounds Happy Monday-hope you enjoy! **fatigue was definitely setting in toward the end of this final set!! So in advance for the haters out there ;) yes, I noticed I bent my arm. Remember we are not perfect..... just always striving for perfect when it comes to form.
