Any ladies debating on whether or not to sign up for our Open OR already signed up and just plain nervous about the Strongwoman event? On Sunday, July 13th from 10:00am-12:00pm during open gym hours you will have the opportunity to try out all 4 movements at the appropriate weights, run through some technique work with Coach Mary and do a run through of the entire event if you want to. We highly suggest you take advantage of this if for example, youve never carried a yoke or dont know what a 300 lb tire flip feels like! All the event weights are very manageable for the respective divisions, however feeling comfortable doing the movements is key.
