Anyone meal prepping tonight? Anyone starting to workout, exercise tomorrow? Think about how much weight you could have loss by now if you hadnt given up last month. Luckily you can start over, its that simple. Drink more water, eat less fried foods, more chicken, fish, & turkey, steam your veges, cut back on gravy, rice, starchy foods and see what a difference itll make. Lets make April your month. You can do it. To hell with your excuses. You are not fat!! Fat is on you but you can change that. It does not have to define you. And you dont have to be skinny to be healthy!! Consistency, Patience, Hard Work, & Faith. If you have to go to God in prayer do it! Your life is dependent upon it. Lets Go!!!!!
