Apparently according to the development of the country Uganda, its a name referring to the land of the GANDA from Swahili hence, uGANDA. So we are all BAGANDA. Ugandas problems start and end with this thing called Uganda. We have indepedent Bakiga, Acholi, Banyankole, Banyoro, Iteso, Lango, etc and we are forcing them to all but allow to be called uGANDANS. I dont know if the people at Mengo understand this as the reason for asking for FEDERO, but I reckon to have a developed Uganda, we need a serious FEDERO system, not the one that says Bakiga should go back to Kigezi but where people in Kigezi develop their own region. I can not imagine Ndyomugyenyi Bish Roland or Harold Turinawe eating cash for upgrading Maziba dam, but I know that Kazinda will have no problem chewing PRDP funds. Do I make sense? For now Buganda should take the bull by the horns and act as the big brother for the entire country not this small time mediocrity of segregating along tribal lines. We have all made buGANDA what it is.
