Approx. 1900 Jet Blue reservationists and customer service agents work from home telecommuting saving the company thousands in rental or mortgage costs. They are monitored via a supervisor who listens to every conversation and can assist if they have an issue. I think this is awesome! Working from home full-time is not something I enjoyed or is for everyone, but it proves it can work effectively.
