Architect (CINEMAXX – LIPPO GROUP) Job Description Responsibilities : Represent the organization in project handling both technical and administrative Produces output in accordance with: The purpose of the project, a set schedule and budget constraints set Run the project organization efficiently and effectively Looking for data on regulations and processes related to the project Monitor the process of preparation of tender documents which include: drawings, specifications and BQ in accordance with the tender packages that have been agreed Monitor the course of the project and take action together with the completion of the planning team if there is a problem in the field such as incompatibility with field design or design changes Responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction of the building, whose role is to guide decisions that affect aspects of the building in terms of aesthetics Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
