Are Nike Free shoes suitable for long distance running? I think - TopicsExpress

Are Nike Free shoes suitable for long distance running? I think the answer to that has a lot to do with your experience with the shoes. According to my experience, the shoes will start to show if they are suitabale shoes for you for longer distance at around the 7k to 10k range. I had one Nike pair that was good for 5K or less, but each time I pushed out to 10K, this pair felt painful. Then I purchased another pair of Nikes in this online store bit.ly/1da8QVB ( I strongly recommend this shop! ), the exactly same shoes, but a half-size larger and much cheaper, and I have run out to 18k without issues. So what do you think about the question?
